We are very excited to be opening in the Northern Michigan area in September of 2024! Our salon and spa suites are completely customized and designed with you in mind. From luxury equipment to perfectly curated spaces, we have truly considered what your needs are as a provider to be successful. Success is in the details, and that is where we excel. Even our locations offer you added amenities to grab lunch or supplies from the store, or go for a walk on your lunch. We are currently signing leases for September 2024 in our Harbor Springs building, located at 301 West Lake Street and Petoskey in January of 2025 after renovations.

Every new leaseholder receives a one-hour complimentary coaching session to get you started up and organized upon signing. You can customize your first coaching session based on where you are in your career, just starting out as a business owner or moving from a booth rental to your own space. Coaching can start 30 days prior to your lease so you are ready to start working on what you do best the day you open your door. Hi there, my name is Marcia. I am so excited to meet or reconnect with you! Over the past 18 years I have owned and operated salon and spas in Northern Michigan and I also work behind the chair. Maybe we have met already, or maybe you even have worked for me at one point in your career. If so, then I am sure you can agree that I am someone who gives my full attention to success. I have spent the past 20 years learning what it takes to run a successful business, from website design to accounting, building a menu for my target clientele to creating a strong referral program. It is my mission to help salon and spa providers thrive to be successful individuals and watch you grow to crush the ceiling of the industry's standards.

 

My favorite part of coaching is offering innovative ways to do things to shift your mindset and ignite passion. Owning and operating my own salon and spa businesses is just the beginning of my experience. I personally have obtained coaching over my years as a business owner and understand how valuable it is to be in a community with like minded individuals. I also love building relationships with community members, and have a full resource of people to help you grow. My husband, Tim, is the active property manager. He ensures that you are able to get immediate attention to any issues with your equipment, the building, or any other aspect of your space. We know how frustrating it can be to have to wait for a landlord to fix a leaky sink or make sure your parking lot is snowplowed. Tim does daily drop ins to walk through the space to make sure it is being maintained so you can feel proud of where you work. He also ensures that the community spaces are clean, and looking their best for you and your clients.
