HARBOR SPRINGS

AVAILABLE

SUITE 1 135 square feet and closest to the main entrance, this suite has 3 windows to the exterior. Best designed for a nail technician and offers maximum daylight all day long with a view of the front entrance to see your clients coming and going throughout the day.

SUITE 2 151 square feet with one large window looking out into the quiet neighborhood. This suite is best designed for a stylist or can be changed. This suite can be utilized as a dual licensed space for the stylist who also is an esthetician with it's extra room.

SUITE 3 170 square feet and looks over the busy hustle and bustle of West Lake Street. This is our double unit for stylists, or best utilized for someone who enjoys double booking and lots of extra added space or share your space with a buddy!

SUITE 4 104 square feet with one exterior window. This suite is best suited for an esthetician, lash artist, or massage therapist and is a quieter until as it is between suite one and the office.

SUITE 5 140 square feet and boasting 3 windows to the exterior and parking area. This city vibe space is set up for a provider that enjoys the natural light flooding into your space.

SUITE 1 Single suite located near the entrance and already painted dark and moody with a floral wallpaper, for the provider who is ready to make a move!

SUITE 2 Double suite with a cozy vibe, tucked away in the corner for the ultimate privacy. This suite has a unique "L" shape that gives plenty of room to create your custom space.

SUITE 3 Centrally located, this suite is the perfect space to create an intimate and cozy vibe. As one of our smaller suites, this is best suited as a single.

SUITE 4 This single suite is designed with a unique layout, offering a great use of space to create a stylist, nail tech, or special use. Our smallest suite in Petoskey, making it the most affordable.

SUITE 5 The suite with the view! With peaks of Little Traverse Bay, this corner suite is designed as a single suite and has a more private setting in the corner.

SUITE 6 The TRIPLE - this suite has an incredible view and lots of ample space. With a separate shampoo bowl area, the triple offers all the space any group would need to go out on their own or a dreamy large space for the solo artist who wants the penthouse vibe.

Each suite is designed with a window looking to the outside, and all salon suites are designed with a window looking into our common areas.
